How the product is delivered
- Access to the Service is provisioned electronically to your registered account.
- Paid features are enabled automatically and instantly (typically within a few minutes) after a successful subscription payment is confirmed.
- You access the Service through your web browser at your Smart Clinic™ account — there is no shipment, courier, or physical delivery involved.
If access is not enabled
If your paid features are not activated shortly after a successful payment, please refresh your dashboard first. If the issue persists, contact us using the details on our Contact page with your clinic name and payment reference, and we will resolve it.
